When will my order ship?
We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. However, some items may require additional processing time before they can be shipped. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location in Australia. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery within Australia.
Can I track my order?

What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package to let us know. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Free Pick-up In-Store
If you prefer to pick up your order in person, you can visit our warehouse in West End, Brisbane. Pickup times are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6pm, Saturday 9am-4pm, and Sunday 10am-4pm. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before attempting pickup.
Installation Service
If you live in the greater Brisbane area, we offer an installation service by our expert team! Our team will work with you to ensure your products are installed quickly and efficiently. Please note that installation services are subject to an additional fee. The ETA for installation services usually takes 5 - 7 working days.
